the general direction of the Manager Pharmaceutical Services, provides
distribution and clinical pharmacy services to all Hospital inpatients and
outpatients by dispensing of medications, provision of drug information,

drug therapy through chart review and assessment of clinical responses.
Collaborates with other health care providers to provide patient centred care
and acts as an internal resource person in a predominant work area. Maintains

PHARMACOECONOMICS
PHARMACIST Full-Time
Relief until July 2005 or return of incumbent
As the expert practitioner, you will conduct clinical and pharmacoeconomic evaluations for the Vancouver Cancer Centre and Communities Oncology Program (COP). You will also perform clinical duties relating to direct patient care.
This will put you in the middle of a stimulating environment where you will find many avenues for research and clinical practice as well as opportunities for specialization. Support is available for further oncology training and you will benefit from close association with an accomplished group of pharmacists working in a wide variety of practice and research areas including health services research, clinical services, complementary/alternative medicines, medical informatics, and didactic and clinical teaching of PharmD candidates.

SALARY: $5356 to $6679 per month (G15-HSB).
