Pharmacy Awareness Week (PAW) (March 7-13) is our annual showcase for promoting our role on a grand scale. A "guerilla marketing campaign" if you will.

As an expression of our continual support of hospital pharmacists and pharmaceutical care in the institutional environment, we are offering an award to the hospital which displays the most impressive Pharmacy Awareness Week campaign. We know that you will be working hard to represent our profession well and we encourage you to submit your efforts for the Pharmacist Awareness Week Award. All submissions will be acknowledged in the CSHP newsletter and on the website.

To enter:

• Create a PAW poster display/ promotion at your hospital with a clear emphasis on promoting the role of the pharmacist and the value of pharmaceutical care.

• Take photos of your display or activities and provide a 1-2 page description of what your hospital did.

• Send the photos and description (with your contact information) to:

Winners will be contacted in the ensuing weeks after PAW and will be featured in the subsequent Branch newsletter and at www.cshp-bc.com
